Commissions are calculated on the merchandise subtotal only and do not include the Worry-Free Protection Plan, taxes, delivery, or installation charges. Commissions are based on delivered sales and reset annually on January 1. Clearance, Final Sale, and Outlet/Loft orders are not eligible for commissions.
