At Wolf & Willow, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items under the guidelines below. Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturer defect or transit damage.
 

Return Policies by Item Type


Furniture, Rugs & Direct Ship Items

  • Once an item has been delivered and signed for, it is considered accepted and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than documented transit damage or manufacturer defect noted at the time of delivery.

  • Many Wolf & Willow pieces are handcrafted from natural materials; variations in color, distressing, and texture are part of their beauty and not considered defects.

  • A 10% restocking fee applies to returns unless the item is defective or damaged due to manufacturing. 


Home Accents & Decor

Includes: Bedding, Lighting, Mirrors, Pillows, Throws, Tabletop, Decorative Accessories, and Specialty Merchandise.

  • Eligible for return within 3 days.

  • Bedding must be unused and in original packaging.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

  • Final sale. No cancellations, returns, or exchanges.

  • These pieces are made to your specifications and go into production upon order.

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% may be required.

Final Sale Items
Includes: Clearance merchandise, Custom Rugs, Direct Ship Artwork, One-of-a-Kinds, Relics, and Wallpaper.

  • Non-returnable.

  • If refused or returned after delivery, a 50% restocking fee will apply.

In Case of Damage

  • Please inspect your order at the time of delivery.

  • Any damages must be documented on the delivery receipt and reported immediately.

  • Damage not reported within 24 hours of delivery will be considered unacceptable.

  • If a damaged item is returned, purchase price, taxes, and delivery fees will be refunded.

Proof of Purchase

  • An original receipt is required for all returns, exchanges, or service requests.

Credits & Refunds

  • Taxes: Fully refunded.

  • Delivery Fees: Non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged in transit.

  • Restocking Fees: Apply to select items as outlined above.

  • Refund Method:

    • Original form of payment when possible.

    • Cash/Check purchases: refunded by corporate check (allow up to 15 business days).

    • Rewards certificates: forfeited upon return unless exchanged for equal/greater value.

  • Size & Fit Issues: Items that do not fit into your home will be refunded as a store credit (minus delivery and restocking fees).

  • Home Pickups: Refunds are processed after inspection at our warehouse. This process may take up to 30 days.
