& Delivery

At Wolf & Willow, we want your experience to be seamless from the moment you place your order to the day your pieces arrive at home. Depending on the items purchased and delivery options available, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Most of our products are made-to-order and can take up to 90 days for delivery.

White Glove Delivery

​

For furniture, larger décor, fragile, or uniquely shaped pieces, Wolf & Willow offers White Glove Delivery Service. Our professionally trained delivery team will:
 

  • Unpack and inspect your items

  • Assemble your furniture

  • Place your pieces in the room of your choice

  • Remove all packaging and debris
     

This ensures your order is delivered safely and beautifully.

Preparing for Delivery
 

  • Please confirm that your furniture will fit through doorways, hallways, stairways, and elevators. (See our Measuring for Furniture Delivery guidelines.)

  • Ensure the room of delivery is cleared and ready, as our team cannot move or dispose of existing furniture.

  • If your building requires a Certificate of Insurance, please notify us immediately after placing your order.
     

Scheduling Delivery
 

  • In Stock Items: You will be contacted within 14 business days of purchase with shipping details.

  • Deferred Delivery: Orders ship once all items are available and ready. You will be contacted when items arrive at our warehouse.

  • Storage Limit: Merchandise can be held in our warehouse for up to 90 days. After this period, full payment is required and delivery must be scheduled.
     

Delivery Day
 

  • An adult (18 years or older) must be present to accept delivery and sign for items.

  • Furniture will be carefully assembled and placed. Packaging will be removed.

  • Exclusions: Lighting, mirrors, wall art, heat lamps, and fountains will not be unboxed, assembled, or installed. Our team is not permitted to install electrical fixtures or wall-mounted items.

  • For deliveries to Canada, U.S. territories, or international destinations, custom quotes are required. International orders must total $10,000 USD or more. Please contact Wolf & Willow for details.
     

White Glove Delivery Rates

 

Local Delivery Area:               $399
Extended Delivery Area:        $499-$699

Alaska & Hawaii:                   $1,999

Small Parcel Delivery

​

Select décor, lighting, rugs, and smaller furniture pieces ship via standard parcel carriers (UPS/FedEx/USPS).

​

  • Standard Shipping: 3–14 business days from order ship date

  • Expedited Shipping: UPS 2nd Day Air

  • Express Shipping: UPS Next Day Air

 

Orders placed after 12 PM EST, on weekends, or holidays will process the next business day.
