& Conditions

Product Availability & Delivery
 

  • In-Stock Merchandise: Typically delivered within 2–4 weeks, depending on location.

  • Special Orders: Require additional production time. Lead times vary based on fabric availability and production schedules. No delivery timeframe is guaranteed.

  • International Orders: Require additional lead time.

  • Once merchandise arrives at our warehouse, you will be contacted to arrange delivery.

  • If you are unable to accept delivery within 30 days after merchandise has arrived at our warehouse, your order must be paid in full and cannot be returned, refused, canceled, or exchanged.

  • Merchandise cannot be held in our warehouse for more than 90 days.

  • Someone 18 years or older must be present at delivery.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that furnishings fit through all entryways and into the desired space.

Pricing & Promotions

  • All pricing is in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes will be applied based on state and local laws.

  • Prices, availability, shipping fees, and delivery timelines are subject to change.

  • Wolf & Willow will honor a one-time price adjustment within 30 days of delivery with an original receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Price adjustments are not available for Clearance, Final Sale, or Seasonal items.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders if merchandise is incorrectly priced, described, or represented online or in-store.
     

Payment & Deposit Requirements
 

  • A 50% deposit is required on all in-store orders at the time of purchase.

  • Online orders require full payment at the time of purchase.

  • All orders must be paid in full prior to delivery scheduling.

  • Customers authorize Wolf & Willow to charge the balance to the original form of payment prior to delivery.

  • We do not accept more than $5,000 in cash per order.

  • Clearance merchandise, Floor Samples, and One-of-a-Kind pieces must be paid in full at purchase.

Stock Furniture, Direct Ship & Rugs

  • Eligible for return within 14 days.

  • Items returned for reasons other than manufacturer defect or transit damage are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

  • Manufacturer defects or damage must be reported immediately upon delivery.

Special Orders

  • Made to your specifications and non-cancelable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.

  • A 50% minimum deposit is required at purchase in-store. Online orders require full payment.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless due to defect or damage.

  • Due to the handmade nature of these products, dimensions may vary by ±2 inches.

  • Orders involving customer’s own material (COM) or custom approvals require additional lead time.

  • All special-order items are marked with an asterisk (*) on the sales invoice.

Non-Furniture Items

  • Eligible for return within 30 days.

  • Includes: bedding, decorative accessories, jewelry, lighting, mirrors, pillows, throws, tabletop, soft goods, and specialty accent items.

  • Bedding must be returned unused in original packaging.

  • Earrings are non-returnable.

Clearance, Final Sale & As-Is Items

  • Includes Clearance, Custom Rugs, Direct Ship Artwork, Earrings, One-of-a-Kinds, Relics, and Wallpaper.

  • Final sale — no returns or exchanges.

  • If refused or returned after delivery, a 50% restocking fee will be applied.

  • Manufacturer defects or damage must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

Floor Samples

  • Final sale, sold “as-is.”

  • Must be paid in full at purchase and picked up within 14 days of purchase or release date.

  • Failure to pick up will result in order cancellation and a 50% restocking fee.

  • Customers are responsible for transport; Wolf & Willow staff cannot load floor samples into vehicles.

Worry-Free Protection Plan

  • Protection Plans must be purchased before delivery is scheduled.

  • Plans cannot be added once an order has been scheduled for shipment.

  • Contact Client Services or visit our website for details.

Commercial Use

  • Warranty applies only to residential (non-commercial) use.

  • Commercial use (hotels, restaurants, offices, rentals, etc.) voids warranty coverage.

  • Improper handling, misuse, reupholstery, or repairs by non-approved parties also void warranty.

Returns

  • An original receipt is required.

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

    • Cash/check purchases refunded via corporate check (up to 15 business days).

  • Rewards certificates used on purchases are forfeited upon return.

  • Taxes paid will be refunded in accordance with state/local laws.

  • Delivery fees are refunded only if the return is due to defect or transit damage.

  • Items returned due to size are refunded minus delivery and restocking fees.

  • For home pickups, refunds are processed after inspection at our warehouse (may take up to 30 days).

  • No refund will be issued if merchandise is not returned.

Exchanges

  • An original receipt is required.

  • Restocking fees do not apply to stock items exchanged for equal or greater value.

  • Rewards certificates may be reapplied to exchanges of equal or greater value.
