At Wolf & Willow, we’re committed to offering furniture and décor of enduring quality — pieces crafted with care and built to last. In a world prone to the disposable, the integrity and durability of our collections are meant to stand the test of time.

Wolf & Willow warrants its merchandise to be free of defects in construction, materials, and workmanship from the date of delivery, when used in a residential (non-commercial) setting, for the number of years listed below.

Warranty Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Accidents, misuse, natural disasters

• Improper care, cleaning, or storage

• Commercial use (hotels, restaurants, rental properties, or other non-residential settings)
   

Many Wolf & Willow pieces are handcrafted from natural and reclaimed materials. Organic variations, distressing, oxidations, knots, grain, and color fluctuations are natural characteristics, not defects, and do not affect performance.

For extra peace of mind, Wolf & Willow offers Protection Plans that cover accidental damage not included in this Limited Warranty.

Warranty Definition

​

• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to residential use.

• Misuse, improper handling, reupholstery, or unauthorized repairs void this warranty.

• Proper care and use are essential. 

• This warranty is valid only for items purchased on or after July 25, 2025.

Warranty Service

​

Wolf & Willow provide a comparable replacement for items with covered defects. If the original item is unavailable, a piece of equal value and style will be substituted.

​

• No cash refunds will be issued.

• Liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

• Proof of purchase is required.

• Replacements or repairs are covered only for the remaining term of the original warranty.
  
   

Warranty Limitations

​

• Clearance, As-Is, Last Chance, Floor Samples, Custom Artwork, One-of-a-Kinds, and Wallpaper are excluded.

• Rugs, Lighting, Mirrors, Wall Art, Bedding, Décor, Jewelry, and Tabletop are not covered under the Limited Warranty.

• No implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are provided beyond what is described here.
